2025-2026 Club Growth Director Incentives

• Clubs newly chartered in 2025-2026 will receive their club banner and stand for free.
• District 22 Toastmasters providing leads that become newly chartered clubs in 2025-2026 will receive an official Toastmasters acrylic plaque.
• Toastmasters who successfully complete the requirements as a District 22 club coach in 2025-2026 will receive an official Toastmasters acrylic plaque.
• District 22 Toastmasters who renew their membership dues by September 1, 2025, for the first round of renewals, or March 1 for the second round of renewals, will receive a commemorative District 22 lapel pin.  Members of corporate clubs, where the company pays the dues, may receive the pin if their company pays on time (Oct. 1 and April 1).  Only one pin will be given per member who qualifies during 2025-2026.  Supplies are limited; this is a first-come, first-served basis.
• Clubs that conduct a membership-building event in 2025-2026 may receive up to $100 in reimbursement for expenses related to the event.  To qualify, the club president must email the club growth director in advance of the event to make sure the event qualifies, and to ensure that funds are still available.  A maximum of 10 membership-building events may receive reimbursement for the 2025-2026 year.  Receipts must be submitted to the club growth director within 14 days of the event or submitted to Toastmasters International (Concur) within 30 days of the event to receive reimbursement.  All requests for reimbursement must be submitted by June 15, 2026, for reimbursement consideration.
